Zachary Alan Ray Harris, Zac, to those of us who loved him, left this world to live with Jesus on June 13, 2010. Zac was born on October 14, 1987 at Flower's Hospital. Zac graduated Chipley High School with honors and went on to complete his associates degree from Chipola College. Zac was currently enrolled at Chipola College and had the plan to transfer to F.S.U. Zac was an avid football player and F.S.U fan. Zac played football throughout his life and was a fierce competitor and accomplished player. Zac has many friends and family he leaves behind. Zac lived at Orange Hill with his mother, Donna Jo Kent, his sister Amber Harris Issacs, and his only niece Allanah Ray. Zac nick named Allanah "Chuckie" and that is all he ever called her by. Zac's maternal grandparents are Brady and Naoma Foran and the late Donald Ray Kent. Zac's father Alan along with his stepmother Linda lived in Tallahassee. Zac has four stepbrothers, Japeth, Jared, Joey, and Josh Baker. Zac's paternal grandparents are the late Thomas Zachary and Faye Harris. Zac has many special friends whom he loves and always thought the world of. Zac was a special child who grew up into a wonderful, smart, handsome man. Zac's dry wit was always a source of joy to those he was around. Zac had a bigger than life personality and although he is at peace now, there will never another son, brother, uncle or grandchild who could ever be missed any deeper. Rest in peace our sweet, smart, beautiful child, look down upon us and smile, we will see you soon. Godspeed. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 16th from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel. Funeral service will be held Thursday, June 17 at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road. Interment will follow in New Orange Baptist Church Cemetery. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangement.
