Obituary
William "Willie" Morris, age 79 of Chipley, FL went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday night, July 5, 2016. He was born on December 17, 1936 to the late Ernest and Mattie (Curlee) Morris in Chipley, FL.
Willie was a Retired Veteran from the United States Air Force where he served his county for 23 years. He moved back to Chipley in 1986 coming from Albuquerque, New Mexico after he retired.
He is preceded in death by one son, Kenny Morris. Survivors include, wife, Mary Morris of Chipley, FL, one daughter, Karen Morris of Chipley, FL, one sister, Julie Morris of Chipley, FL, special friends and caregiver, Dinah Molina of Chipley, FL and numerous nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Gap Pond Church with Reverend Buford Pippin officiating with a visitation starting at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at the Gap Pond Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
