William O. Drummond, 95, of Cottondale, Florida passed from this life on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 in Dothan, Ala. He was born on March 8, 1914 in Campbellton, Florida to John Henry and Vicie Lee (Dudley) Drummond. He was a lifelong resident of Cottondale, Florida. He was of the Holiness Faith and a member of the Oak Grove Church of God. He was a Active Farmer of 81 years up to the time of his death. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel, on Brickyard Road, with Rev. Pat Drummond, Rev. Kenneth Adkison and Rev. Gwynn Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in the Lovewood Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 P.M. on Friday, January 1, 2010, at Brown Funeral Home, on Brickyard Road. He was preceded in death by his wife Jimmie Lee Drummond and daughter Marileigh Adkison. He is survived by One Son: Joe and wife Carolyn, Cottondale, Florida. Three Daughters: Barbara and husband Leonard Storm, Cottondale, Florida, Carolyn and husband Roy Kight, Hazelhurst, Georgia, and Linda and Armin Alexander, Cottondale, Florida. One Brother: Freddie Paul Drummond, Sneads, Florida. Three Sisters: Hazel Thompson, Jacksonville, Johnnie Sue Braxton, Winter Haven, Florida and Betty Ann Drummond, Cottondale, Florida. 23 grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren
