William David (Bill) Stufflestreet Sr., age 86 of Bonifay, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2012 at his home. Mr. Stufflestreet was born March 24, 1925 in Bluff City, Tennessee, to the late Walter Brownlow and Elva (Combs) Stufflestreet. A self-employed building contractor, he was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and had been a resident of Bonifay for the past four months, coming from Bristol, Tennessee. Survivors include; his wife, Beuna (Bo) Stufflestreet of Bonifay; two sons, William David Stufflestreet Jr. and wife Patty of Bristol, Tennessee and Lester Wayne Stufflestreet of Newport, Tennessee; three daughters, Brenda Quick and husband Alex of Gulf Breeze, Fla, Wanda Eaton of Vernon, Fla. and Virginia Milhorn and husband Ralph of Bristol, Tennessee; three brothers, Richard Fritts of Vernon, Fla., Raymond Fritts of Winston Salem, North Carolina and Elmer Fritts of Memphis, Tennessee; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren and six great great Grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 3:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Main Street Chapel with the Rev. Eddie Eaton officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
