William "Bill" Richard Coley passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at his home. He was born in Ozark, Alabama on January 21, 1945 to Sam and Ruby (Bagwell) Coley. Bill worked as a Air Craft Mechanic and served in the Army National Guard.

Bill is survived by his wife, Diana Coley, his children, Lisa Shirley and husband Danny, Thomas Coley, Eric Digaud and Tiana Coley, his grandchildren, Roman Shirley, Dayton Shirley and Cypress Shirley, and his grandchild, Haze Shirley. He is preceded by his parents, his son, Rick Coley Jr. and his sister, Mary Coley.

A memorial service will be held at a later date for Bill to honor his life.
