Walter Lee Pitts, age 84, of Chipley, Fl went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 24, 2024.  He was born on August 30, 1939 in Washington County, FL to the late Mitchell Lee Pitts and Elifar (Hendrix) Pitts.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Pitts and one sister, Caroline Pitts.

Survivors include, one sister, Lorene Monk of Chipley, FL and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at White Double Pond Community Church.  Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M. with Funeral Service to follow at 3:00 P.M.  Interment will be held at White Double Pond Cemetery.  Reverend Joey Nichols will be officiating the services.
