Vernnel Suggs, age 71 of Ebro, FL went home to be with the lord on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Vernnel was born on August 10, 1944 in De Funiak Springs, FL.

She has been a lifelong resident of the Ebro area and she was a member of Spring Valley Holiness Church.

Vernnel is preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Rex Suggs. Survivors include, one son, Rex Thomas Suggs Jr. and wife Terri Lynn of Ebro, FL, two grandchildren, William Thomas Suggs II and Johnathon Bradley Suggs, three great grandchildren, Kimberly Rae, Taylor Ann, Luna Mae, three brothers, Charles Scott of Ebro, FL, Glenn Scott of Marianna, FL, Clifford Scott of Ebro, FL, two sisters, Jane Stephens of Perry, FL, Jessie Casey of Ebro, FL.

Family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, March 25, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Spring Valley Holiness Church in Ebro. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Spring Valley Holiness Church with Reverend Leon Jenkins and Reverend Billy Hendrix officiating. Interment will follow at the Ebro City Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
