Thomas (Tommy) Maxwell Hayes age 55, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2016 in Charlotte North Carolina at his daughter's home with his family by his side.

He was born on July 12, 1960 and is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Maxwell, Verlon Lee Hayes, his loving wife, Mi Sun Hayes and sister Linda Hayes Dollar.

He is survived by his children Jessica (Kearns) Ribelin, Jennifer Kearns, Jason Kearns, three grandchildren Dempsey, Parker and Aubrey, and his sister Janice Miles.

Anyone who has had the pleasure of knowing Tommy knows that he had a kind heart and always made a difference in someone's life. He will be missed dearly. He can now enjoy life in heaven pain free with his wife.

His celebration of life ceremony will be held at Brown Funeral Home in Chipley Florida on April 1, 2016 at 4:00 P.M. Please join the family for a lite dinner immediately following the celebration. All friends and family are welcome.
