Sue Holley, age 61 of Chipley, passed away Saturday, May 14th, 2011 in the Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley, surrounded by her loving family. Sue was born July 7, 1949 in Chipley to the late Angus B, and Aggie (Melvin) Nelson. She was a lifelong resident of Chipley, where she graduated Chipley High School; she was a homemaker and a member of the New Orange Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by a brother, Harvey Lee Nelson and two sisters, Janette Baker and Jo Ann Brackins. Survivors include; her husband of 42 years, Tommy Holley; two sons, Thomas (Bo) Holley of Chipley and Jason Holley and his wife Teresa of Chipley; two brothers, Glenn Nelson of Yuma, Arizona and Copper Nelson of Chipley; two sisters, Jannell Williams of Graceville and Betty Fay Forman of Lemon Grove, California; one granddaughter, Katelin Holley of Bonifay, Florida. The family will receive friends Monday, May 16, 2011 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel with Dr. Paul Foxworth and Rev. Earnest Dupree officiating. Interment will follow in Wachob - Forrest Lawn Cemetery.
