Stephanie D. Barnes, age 41, of Chipley, FL, passed from this life on Monday, December 31, 2018, at Flowers Hospital. She was born on October 16, 1977 in Portsmouth, VA, to Tommy and Carolyn Yvonne (Wood) Barnes.

Stephanie has been a resident of Chipley, FL, since August of 1990, coming from Jacksonville, FL. She was a proud graduate of Chipley High School, Class of 1996, and was a member of Saint Joseph the Worker Catholic Church.

Stephanie is survived by her loving father and mother: Tommy and Carolyn Barnes; brothers: Christopher Avery Barnes and wife, Stefanie, of Marianna, FL, and Eric David Barnes of Watertown, MA; two nieces, and one nephew.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019, at 1:00 P.M., at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel of Chipley, FL, with Chaplain Sam Bollinger officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Interment will immediately follow the service at Glenwood Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home of Chipley, FL directing.
