Shirley Griffin Street, 86, of Panama City, Florida, entered into her eternal rest on August 24th, 2022. She was born September 11, 1935 in Wausau, Florida to John and Allie (McAdams) Griffin.

Shirley is survived by her daughter Dottie Sue Mallory (Adolph), her son Bobby Neal Street (Deborah), grandsons Adon Mallory, LTC Aaron Mallory, Rev. Joshua Street, Jerrod Street and Jordan Street, in addition to four great granddaughters and three great grandsons.  She is also survived by her sister Elvie Hardin of Jacksonville, Burford Griffin (Ruth) of Port St. Joe and Gene Griffin (Liz) of Freeport.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Jack Howard Street; sisters Orene Senterfitt Rossborough, Lena Ellisor, Paulette Griffin Rogers, Catherine Brock Worthington; and her brother J.C. Griffin.

Shirley was an avowed holiness follower of Christ Jesus, a fervent prayer warrior and a friend of God.  She was a member of the Lynn Haven Church of God. Shirley's hospitality was endless, her love of family and friends without measure, and her carrot cake the dessert of legend.  Strength and kindness were her hallmarks.

Bearing their grandmother to her place of rest will be Shirley's grandsons Adon Mallory, LTC Aaron Mallory, Rev. Joshua Street, Jerrod Street, Jordan Street and great grandson Judah Street.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Brown Funeral Home of Chipley, FL. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. with Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 A.M.  Interment will follow at Hard Labor Cemetery.
