Sharon Fowler, age 69 of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012, in Bay Medical Center. Mrs. Fowler was born March 27, 1942 in Chipley, Florida, to the late Zeke and Winnie (Simmons) Lewis. She had been a resident of Panama City for the past 45 years, moving from Chipley and was a laundry attendant for Eagle Hardware in Panama City. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by; four brothers, Rabon, Tommy, Paul and Marion Lewis and one sister, Shirley Skipper. Survivors include; one son, Kenneth Fowler and wife Heidi of Panama City; four daughters, Wanda Haney and husband Chuck of Panama City, Donna Adkins and husband Darrell of Panama City, Karen Scott and husband Steve of Panama City, Shannon Davis and husband Travis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two brothers, Hilton Lewis of Jensen Beach, Fla., Donnie Lewis of Baker, Fla.; two sisters, Nadine Searcy of Sebring, Fla. Bernadine Searcy of Belle Glade, Fla.; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren; two sister in laws, Jackie Lewis and Betty Lewis. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the graveside in New Home Baptist Church Cemetery, near Graceville.
