Sandra Elaine Johnson Wooten, lovingly known as Sandy Lou, passed away on March 2, 2026. She was born on May 30, 1959, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sandy had a zest for life that was evident to everyone she met. Her blue eyes shone bright, and her spirit was truly infectious.

Sandy dedicated many years of her life working as a caretaker, a role that reflected her caring nature. She was very proud of her Christian faith and attended Connections Worship Center in Chipley, Florida.

Known for her love of Christmas, football, and riding her bike, Sandy also had a great passion for horses. Her interests brought her immense joy, filling her life with cherished memories.

Sandy is survived her parents, Jo Ann Worley and Bill Worley; son, Justin Wooten and wife Thea; fiance, Paul Triolo; grandsons, Wesley Fowler, Steven Hill Jr., and Theodore Wooten; brothers, Russell Johnson and Paul Worley; and niece Jessica Snow and her husband Jonathan. Sandy's two dogs, Cookie and Lady Bug, were also an important part of her life, providing companionship and comfort.

She was preceded in death by her father, Perry G. Johnson, and her daughter, Crystal Ann Wooten. Sandy will be deeply missed by her numerous friends and loved ones who were fortunate to have known her warm heart and vibrant spirit.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
