Obituary
Sally Hodges Oglesby, 102 went to her heavenly home Friday March 18, 2016 at Community Health.
Sally moved from Roanoke Alabama to Atlanta in 1936 where is met her late husband of 52 years Dan M. Oglesby. Sally was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Atlanta and a Red Cross volunteer at DeKalb General Hospital for thirty years. She moved to Mathison Retirement Home in 2004.
Left to cherish her memory her son Milton H. Oglesby (Judy) daughter June Swanson (Mike) Granddaughter Eve O. Keen (Del) Grandson Scott Rogers (Stacey) Great grandchildren Maxwell Dan Herman, Brett Rogers, Molly Rogers and many nieces and nephews.
Many thanks to Mathison Retirement Home, Community Health and Covenant Hospice for their friendship and service. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. EST Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta Georgia. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please send a donation to the American Red Cross. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
