Ruth E. Beiter, age 93 of Chipley, FL passed from this life at home on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. Ruth was born on May 7, 1923 in Pittsburg, PA to the late John Hamilton and Catherine (Ehman) Hamilton.
She has been a resident of Chipley since 1995 moving from Saugerties, NY and she is also a member of the St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church of Chipley.
Ruth is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lawrence Beiter. Survivors include, two sons, Frank J. Beiter and wife Cathleen of El Paso, TX, Ronald J. Beiter and wife Donna of Saugerties, NY, two daughters, Mary Jane Benson and husband William of Chipley, FL, Judy Kinkel of Clinton Corners, NY, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
The Beiter family will hold a Funeral Service at a later date in Saugerties, NY.
Brown Funeral Home of Chipley and Seamon Wilsey Funeral Home of Saugerties, NY are in charge of arrangements.
