Rosa Lee Cutchins, age 88 of Chipley, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 in Marianna after a lengthy illness. Rosa Lee was born December 25, 1925 in Chipley to the late Warren F. and Maggie (Sasser) Rabon. She had been a resident of Chipley most of her life and was a former employee of a large tobacco company where she wrapped cigars. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband of 43 years, James E. Cutchins, as well as three brothers, Fred Rabon, Thomas Rabon and James E. Rabon; four sisters, Lorene Shepard, Louise Thames, Pauline Davis and Dollie Clark. Survivors include; one son, Thomas Wayne Cutchins of Minnesota; one brother, Doyle Rabon and wife Sarah of Graceville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Main Street Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Martin officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services. Interment will follow in Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley.
