Rodger Dale Norris, age 75, passed from this life Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at his home. He was born in Kirby, Texas on August 31, 1946 to Luther A. and Minnie Jewel (Taylor) Norris. Rodger was retired for the Florida Department of Transportation.

Mr. Norris is preceded in death by his father, his wife; Jane Norris and his brother; Bill Norris. He is survived by his mother and his son; Luke and Andrea Norris of Panama City Beach, FL.

A memorial service will be held 11:00A.M., Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held 10-11:00A.M. prior to the service.
