Quinton MacArthur Seley, age 70, passed from this life Friday, October 02, 2015 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, FL. He was born in Bonifay, FL on April 28, 1945 to Jessie D. Seley and Dovie (Strickland) Seley. MacArthur was a life-long resident of Ebro, FL and a member of Spring Valley Holiness Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Ocie Lee Evans and Betty Jean Varnadore and one brother Elijah Seley. Mr. Seley was survived by his wife Charlette Seley. Two sons Allen Seley and wife Niki and Carl Seley and wife Tanya. His two grandson's Sy and Lucas. Three sisters Trudell Bishop, Mary Stricklen and Diane Seley, also many nieces, nephews, cousins, a sister-in-law and brother-in-laws that were ALL HIS FAVORITE. Funeral services will be held 2PM, Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Spring Valley Holiness Church in Ebro, FL with the Rev. Tim Bush, Rev. Rossie Bryant, Rev. Billy Hendrix and Rev. John Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow in the Ebro Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5PM Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the church. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
