Paul Abram Syfrett, age 68, passed from this life on Sunday, May 31, 2015 with loved ones by his side. Paul was born in Chipley, FL on March 27, 1947 to the late Thomas Abram and Eula Mae Parish Syfrett. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Syfrett of Chipley, FL, son, David Syfrett and wife Ellen of Gainesville, FL, daughter, Laura Syfrett of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by two precious grandchildren, Brady Syfrett Ryan and Madchen Eve Syfrett, brother, Jerry Syfrett and wife Louise, sisters, Janice Brannon and husband Jerry, Marsha Outlaw and husband Sammy, mother in law, Jeanne Betts, sister in law, Peggy Betts and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Paul was employed by the Florida Department of Transportation for 38 years where he was known for his strong work ethic. The family would like to express special appreciation to Dr. Steven Spence and Dr. Rick Brunner for their compassionate care throughout Paul's extended illness. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 8, 2015 at Grace and Glory Church with Reverend Tim Hall and Phil Younavjak officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation at the church from 10:30-11:00 A.M. The Family will hold a Private Interment Monday following the service.
