Patricia Eakin Willis, 73 loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother passed peacefully from this life on July 1, 2021 at home. She was born in January 7,1948 to

Annie Elizabeth Webb and Alfis O'Neal Thompson, Jr. She is retired from Bay County Emergency Services in 2003 as Communications Supervisor.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her step dad Allen Webb, Jr.  She is survived by her husband of 17 years Sammie R. Willis, daughters Pauline Thomas (Dane) and Tina Kemper (Jason). Grandchildren Meghann Harrison (Blake), Brandon Kemper, Abigail Petermann, Brenton Thomas, and Dakota Kemper. Great grandchildren Lily and Maelene Harrison. In-laws Tammie Newman (John) and Jammie Willis (Tonya) and nephews CJ Newman, Phillip Stephens and Jessie Willis.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Hiland Park Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Panama City, FL from 2:00-4:00 P.M.
