Patricia Sharon Hurtack, age 63, passed from this life Wednesday, October 27, 2021 in Pensacola, FL. She was born in Perthamboy, NJ on July 19, 1958 to Fortunato and Patricia (Johnson) Cuevas.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, one grandchild; Ryan and one great grandchild; Angel. She is survived by her step-father; Pablo of Sunny Hills, FL, her husband Michael Hurtack of Sunny Hills, FL, her brothers; Jose Cuevas of Fords, NJ and Roberto Cuevas of Avenel, NJ, one sister; Suzanne Arteaga of Cape Coral, FL, one grandchild; Stephanie, three great grandchildren; Courtney, Julio Jr. and Justin and her niece; Nicole Rotondo.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
