Pat E. White Jr., age 87, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 15, 2021.  He was born on November 10, 1933, to the late Pat E. White and Ila Mercer White.

Pat learned to farm at an early age and continued until his health began to fade.  He was also retired from the Paper Mill in Panama City.  He loved to hunt, but his expertise was fishing.  Seems that he could remember every stump and log in the creek and rivers where he caught each fish, what they were biting, exactly how big they were, and the day he caught them.

He was a graduate of Vernon High School and the school of hard knocks.  He will be remembered for his endless stories he told in vivid detail of his life's experiences.  Many of which you got to hear several times.

He is survived by his sister Juanita Wood of Chipley, FL, two nephews, Larry Wood of Titusville, FL, Denny Wood (Phyllis) of Chipley, FL, great niece, Angela Wood (Jon) of Pace, Fl and great nephew, Drew Wood of panama City, FL.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Hard Labor Creek Cemetery.  In Lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 1042, Chipley, FL 32428.
