Ottis Marie Cook, age 63, of Bonifay, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011 at home. Mrs. Cook was born September 18, 1948 in Chipley, Florida to Cecil R. Mcdaniel and Ethel Lee (Hughes) Mcdaniel and has been a lifetime resident of Bonifay. She was a homemaker and a member of St Johns Freewill Baptist Church. Mrs. Cook is survived by her husband Leslie Cook, one son; Michael Scott Cook and wife Tonya of Bonifay, Fl., two daughters; Lisa Marie Wells and husband Tim of Bonifay, Fl. and Teresa Holley and husband Jason of Bonifay, Fl., six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 16, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. at Brown funeral Home, Main Street Chapel with Reverend Ed Bell and Reverend Ike Steverson officiating.
