Myrelle (Ninny) Simmons, age 84 of Chipley, passed from this life on Friday, July 9, 2010 in Chipley. Born December 11, 1925 in Chipley to the late J.C. and Marie (Jones) Brock, she was a life-long resident of Chipley. She was a former dispatcher for the Division of Forestry and a member of the Wausau United Methodist Church. In addition to her Parents, she is predeceased by her Husband; Felton Simmons. Survivors include four Daughters; Linda Shelby and her husband Jerry of Pensacola, Sue Dietz of Chipley, Mary Ann Warren of Chipley and Patty Galloway of Dothan, Alabama, two Brothers; Jimmy Brock of Chipley and Ronnie Brock and his wife Joey of Sunny Hills, Fla., two Sisters: M.E. Roberts and husband Malcom of Mobile, Alabama and Janice Walsingham of Chipley, eleven Grandchildren, twenty two Great Grandchildren and two Great Great Grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday evening, July 11, 2010 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Main Street Chapel. Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 12th, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. in the Wausau United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dalton Ott and Rev. Malcom Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in Wausau Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Home of Chipley.
