Monroe Jesse Justice, age 73, passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Sea Breeze Health Care in Panama City, FL. Monroe was born October 3, 1939 in Chipley, FL. to the late Jesse and Pearlie (Dean) Justice. Mr. Justice is a lifelong resident of the Washington County area and owned his own Construction business. Monroe is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Justice. Survivors include three daughters; Anne Miller and husband Don, of Panama City Beach, FL., Mary Ann Mark and husband Sean of Crestview, FL. and Susie Leisure and husband Forrest of Southport, FL.; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
