Milton Sasser, age 77, of Chipley, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at his home. Milton was born April 30, 1934 in Chipley to the late Louis and Lenora (Creamer) Sasser. He had been a life-long resident of Chipley and was a self-employed building contractor and farmer. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Voncile Sasser and two brothers, Jr. Sasser and Virgil Sasser. Survivors include: his loving wife of 30 years, Carolyn Sasser of Chipley; one son, William Sasser and wife Jeanne of Chipley; two daughters, Connie Thomas and husband Mark of Chipley, Cindy Pat Voorhees and husband Jim of Chipley; one step son, Warren Reeves and wife Minnie of Chipley; two step daughters, Jacqueline Funderburk of Chipley and Dianna Darden and husband Todd of Tampa, Florida; two brothers, Roger Sasser of Graceville and Bobby Sasser and wife Margaret of Hawthorne, Nevada; two sisters, Margie Ricks and husband Edward of Chipley and Madeline Martin and husband Horace of Chipley; twenty one grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, March 16, 2012 from 6 to 8 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 17, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel. Interment will follow in Wachob-Forest Lawn Cemetery.
