Mavis Christell Sapp Carr, age 94 of Chipley, died Tuesday, October 13th, 2009 in the Washington Rehab and Nursing Center. A native and life-long resident of Washington County, she was a homemaker and was of Pentecostal Holiness Faith. She is survived by one Son; Joe Carr and his wife Joyce of Chipley, two Grandchildren, three Great Grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 15th ,2009 at 10 A.M. in the chapel of Brown Funeral Home, Main Street, with the Rev. Clois Joyner officiating. Interment will follow in Millville Cemetery in Panama City.
