Mattie Lee Bush, age 100 of Chipley, FL passed from this life on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at her home. Mattie was born on December 7, 1914 to the late Henry and Naomi (Snell) Hodges in Chipley, FL. She is a lifelong resident of the Chipley area and was a member of Grace Assembly Church of Chipley. Mattie is preceded in death by her husband, Allen Bush and one daughter, Shirley Jean Freeman. Survivors include, two sons, Ronald Bush and wife Reba Nell of Graceville, FL, Donald Bush and wife Billie of Birmingham, AL, eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dallas Pettis officiating. Family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
