Martha "Beth" Garvin, 54 of Chipley, Florida, passed away peacefully at her home on July 2, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Beth was born on February 14, 1971 in Panama City, Florida to Marty O. Hinson and Lynna Joyce Smith. She worked in the Fire Restoration industry and was a lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Beth is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Phillip Garvin; three children: Megan Garvin, Jon Garvin, and Cortni Ellison; five grandchildren.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Brown Funeral Home & Blue Lake Crematory in charge of arrangements.
