Louise R. Hughes, age 72, passed from this life Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. She was born in Chipley, Florida on September 2, 1947 to Ralph and Ila Vee (Miller) Ritter.

Louise had worked at West Point Stevens and was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Cottondale, FL.

She is preceded in death by parents and two brothers; Danny Alsobrooks and Jimmy Ritter.

Louise is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jerry Hughes, one daughter; Brenda Sallas and husband James, two sisters; Carolyn Kornegay and Ann Gates, and two grandchildren; Tyler Sallas and Breanna Sallas with her fiance Bradley Booker.

Funeral service will be held 2:00P.M., Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at First Assembly of God in Cottondale, Florida with Rev. Chris Franklin officiating. Interment will follow in the Piney Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
