Lillian Elizabeth (Phelps) Bell of Newnan GA, met her Lord on the evening of February 6, 2024 at Southland Health & Rehabilitation Center. She was born on July 15, 1934 in Butler County, AL to the late Irby and Ursie Phelps.

She graduated from Greenville High School in 1954. After graduating she married Wiley T. Bell and they had 4 children. She was a homemaker and cleaned houses for numerous families. She loved working in the yard with her flowers. But most of all she loved the Lord with all of her heart. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Chipley, FL for many years.

She was preceded in death by her 4 sisters and 5 brothers. Her 2 sons: Richard Thomas Bell and Paul Douglas Bell. 1 great grandchild Cody Bell

She is survived by her 2 daughters: Deborah Brock and Husband Charles (Eddie) Brock of Vernon, FL, Katherine Danise (Tracy) Coker of Newnan, GA, 3 grandchildren: Gary Corbin, Michael Scott and Wife Carrie Scott, Sonya Bell and 10 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P. M. Sunday February 11, 2024 at Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley, FL with Revered Mike Orr will be officiating.
