Lee Olin Duncan, Age 93, of Chipley, Florida passed from this life Wednesday, April 7, 2010 in Chipley, Florida. Mr. Duncan was born on October 11, 1916 in Chipley, Florida to Archie and Rebecca (Peel) Duncan. Mr. Duncan was a Life Long Resident of Chipley, Florida. He was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the First Baptist Church, Chipley, Florida. Owned and Operated the Transplant Nursey, and also Duncan T.V. and Appliances in Chipley, Florida, Electronic Instructor at Washington-Holmes Technical Center and a Member of the Chipley Kiwanis Club for 57 years. He served in the Army Air Corp. during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael Orr officiating. Interment will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the First Baptist Church. Mr. Duncan is survived by One Son, Phaethan Duncan, Chipley, Florida. One Daughter, Evonne and husband George Tharp, Crestview, Florida. One Step-Son Hugh Tobias, of West Virginia and One Step-Daughter Jan and husband Dave Moore, of Mississippi. One Sister Hazel Haddock Panama City, Florida.
