Kenneth O. Carter passed form this life Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Florida. He was born in Washington County, Florida on January 16, 1938 to Ira S. Carter and Corene Simmons. Kenneth was a life-long resident of Washington County and he was a member of the Masonic Hall.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother; Michael Carter and his sister; Laura Faye Tiller. Kenneth is survived by his daughters; Sondra Carter and husband Terry, Dianna Lynn Christian and husband Scotty, his sister; Linda Goodson and husband Jimmy, 4 grandchildren; Kelby Carter, Troy Carter and wife Lauren, Adam Mattera, and Haley Warren and husband Sam, 6 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Wausau Memorial Gardens in Wausau, Florida.
