Kathleen Bette Thurber, age 78, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Panama City, FL. She was born on January 29, 1944 to Anibel Nobrega and Bella Costa. Kathleen had her own greyhound business.

She is preceded by her parents, her husband; Raymond Thurber and her brother; Dennis Nobrega. She is survived by her 3 daughters; Brenda Levesque and her husband Todd, Mary Tweedell, and Kim Amelingmeier and her husband Brent, her grandchildren; Rylan Amelingmeier, Ashley Hackney and her husband David, Haley Tweedell and Jenna Tweedell and her great grandchildren; Lily Hackney and Jameson Hackney.

A graveside service will be held 10:00A.M., Monday, August 8, 2022 at Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley, Florida. Brown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
