Karl Clifford Kemp, age 71 of Chipley, died Thursday, October 8th, 2009 in the Northwest Florida Community Hospital. A native of Houston, Texas, he had been a resident of Chipley for the past 15 years, coming from Houston. Mr. Kemp was a retired air conditioning and heating estimator for Triple A Air conditioning Company and was of Baptist Faith. Survivors include his Wife; Carolyn Kemp of Chipley, one Son; Karl Curtis Kemp of Chipley, one Daughter; Sherry and Husband Joel Clark of Chipley, one Sister; Jean Susaraba of Austin, Texas, and four Grandchildren, Brandy Lee Baxter, Jeremy Thomas Baxter, Joel Wayne Clark, Jr., Lindsay Carolyn Clark and one Great Grandson; Blake Michael Waites. Funeral services will be held Tuesday October 13th, 2009 at 11 A.M. in Brown Funeral Home, Main St. Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Gene Hagan officiating. Interment will follow in Wausau Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
