IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kaiden James
Boname
May 9, 2014 – June 15, 2025
Kaiden James Boname was born on May 9th, 2014, at Jackson County Hospital. From the moment he arrived, he brought light and joy to his mother, Mickayla Boname, and to the rest of his family, who were overjoyed to welcome him into the world. As the first child and grandchild in the family, Kaiden was cherished deeply and surrounded by endless love from the very beginning.
Kaiden's bright personality began to shine early in life. Before his first birthday, he had already discovered the joy of making others laugh with his goofy faces—a gift he used often. His sense of humor, warmth, and charm filled every space he entered, often quite loudly, and always with heart.
Kaiden had a special way of connecting with others. Whether he agreed with you or not, his compassion and empathy always came through. He was a thoughtful and protective big brother to Graison and Josephina, and a loving cousin and friend. He never hesitated to strike up a conversation with anyone, regardless of age, and had a magnetic presence that drew people in.
Curious and adventurous, Kaiden loved traveling and exploring new places with his family. His zest for life showed in his eagerness to try new things and meet new people. He found joy in a wide array of interests—art, reading, soccer, Pokémon, Legos, and especially computer and video games. Every interest he picked up became a new way for him to express himself and share joy with those around him.
Kaiden leaves behind a devoted and loving family: his mother Mickayla Boname; his siblings Graison and Josephina; his Pops and Gigi, Kevin and Lee Amber King; his Pepaw, John Miles; his Emaw, Pat King; his Grandpa Mike Boname and Granny Harriet Boname; his Lala, Alex Davis (along with Ethan and Forrest); his Weryn, Eryn Boname (Jordon Lynn); and his uncle, Cody Boname. He is also mourned by an extended circle of family, friends, and community members who loved him dearly and will miss him always.
Kaiden's life, though far too short, was full of laughter, love, and meaning. His spirit, humor, and big heart will continue to live on in the memories of those who knew and loved him.
