Judy Ruff entered fully into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February, 5th 2026.

She was born on March 12,1943 in Williston, FL. She moved to Gainesville, FL in her teenage years, then to Orlando, FL to pursue her education in business where she met her husband, Joe. Together, they returned to Gainesville where they continued to date and later marry. Upon Joe's completion of his graduate studies, they settled in the Florida panhandle to raise their family. Judy worked many years at the International Paper Company and later she and her husband went on to start their own printing company, Creative Printing, which remains in the family today being owned and operated by their son Stephen and his wife, Sheila.

During her free time she enjoyed volunteering at HCA Gulf Coast Hospital, watching her grandchildren's sports games, playing mahjong, and tending to her vegetable garden. She was an avid softball player; playing pitcher from her younger youth days and continuing on into her adult years in rec leagues. She was a master gardener and a member of the Wausau Garden Club. She enjoyed family gatherings at their home in Chipley the most.

She is survived by her husband, Joe of 61 years; her children Stephen (Sheila), Joan Holley (Rob), and Jeff (Gloria). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bill Holley (Ciara), Ryland, Graham, Grayor, and Hallie Ruff, and Randall (Julie) and Timothy Garner; as well as 5 great grandchildren, Curtis Earnest, Lilli and James Garner, Mason and Marshall Garner, and 1 great great grandchild, Clara Belle Earnest. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Curington as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Clyde and Mildred Mauldin, siblings Linda Simmons, Louise Castillo, Barbara Wilson, and James Mauldin. She is also preceded in death by her son in law, Rob Holley.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 13th at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am at Brown Funeral Home, 1068 Main St. Chipley, FL 32428; with her pastor of Fellowship of Christ Church, Mac Fulcher officiating. Interment will follow after the service at Glenwood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Stephen Ruff, Jeff Ruff, Bill Holley, Ryland Ruff, Graham Ruff, Grayor Ruff, Randall Garner and Timothy Garner.
