Joseph "Cecil" Reeder, age 75, of New Hope, FL passed away at his home on October 12, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 17 at 2:00P.M. at Brown Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at Ebro City Cemetery in Ebro, FL. Visitation will be Sunday, October 16 from 4 to 6PM at Brown Funeral Home in Chipley, FL. Cecil is preceded in death by his parents; Joseph Franklin Reeder and Alice Corene Reeder. His beloved baby brother; Johnny Reeder and his sister; Mary Ann Worley. He is survived by his wife; Frances Yates Reeder and her children; Janie Yates and Coleman Yates. His Daughters; Shelia McClamma and husband Marty and Connie Cunniff and husband Jon; sons Conway Reeder and wife Nancy, Joe Reeder and wife Becki, Cecil Reeder and wife Diana; his siblings; Joanne Yates, Frank Reeder and wife Diane, and Ellen Majors; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews
