Jewell Harrell, age 65 of Bonifay, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at her home. Jewell was born May 9, 1946 in Geneva County, Alabama to the late John and Eva Mae (Cochran) Hatcher. She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Bonifay for the past two years, moving there from Chipley where she had lived most of her life. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Lee Harrell and a sister, Hazel Smith. Survivors include; one daughter, Kathy Wilkerson of Orlando, Fla.; one brother, Robert Hatcher of Chipley; two nieces, Krystal Niner and Linda Bell both of Bonifay. The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home, Main Street Chapel from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday evening, May 11, 2011. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 10 A.M. at Brown Funeral Home, Main Street Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Harrell officiating. Interment will follow in Beulah Cemetery.
