Jeffery Dewayne Young, age 36 of Vernon, FL passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Doctor's Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, FL. Jeffery was born October 13, 1978 in Marianna, FL to the late Charles William Young Sr. and Margaret Blixt. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother, Scott Garich. He is survived by his mother and his wife, Mandy Horton of Vernon, FL, one son, Jacob Young of Vernon, FL, two daughters, Allyson and Lauren Young of Vernon, FL, four brothers, Charles Young of Wausau, FL, Mark Garich of Southport, FL, David Young of Panama City, FL, Allan Garich of Lineville, AL, three sisters, Barbara Young Webb of Knoxville, TN, Beth Garich Palmar of Manchester, TN, Diane Young of Panama City, FL, Angel Young of Calhoun, GA and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends for visitations Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Live Oak Baptist Church with Reverend Leon Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow at the Live Oak Baptist Cemetery with Brown Funeral Home directing.
