Jeffery Dan Hartwick, age 48 of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed from this life on November 10, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Jeff was born on August 9, 1967 in Belle Glade, FL to the late Herman and Betty (Ervin) Hartwick. He lived most of his life in the Chipley area before moving last year to Fort Walton Beach to be with family. Jeff is survived by four daughters, Ashley Hartwick of North Carolina, Brittney Hartwick of North Carolina, Natalie Miles and husband E.J. of Moore Haven, FL, Megan Steadman of Ocala, FL, two brothers, Michael Hartwick of South Bay, FL, Michael Lanier of Panama City, FL, two sisters, Annette Christmas of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Dannette Hartwick of Tennessee, six grandchildren, Jayden, Jack, Chloe, Gabby, Abby, Preston. Memorialization will be by cremation.
