Janet K. Coughlin, 72 of Chipley, Florida, passed from this life on July 14, 2025 at Northwest Florida Community Hospital.

Janet was born on August 3, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Henry and Dorothy (Suhr) Hess.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Couhglin; sons: Zachary Coughlin and Jacob Couhglin; daughter: Nancy Galt; grandchildren: Katlyn and Jordan.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
