James O. White, Jr. age 62 of Chipley, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2012 in the Northwest Florida Community Hospital. James was born August 23, 1949 in Knollwood, North Carolina to the late, James Otis Sr. and Anita Pearl (Phillips) White. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had been a resident of Chipley for the past 28 years, coming from Palm City, Florida. James and his wife Jackie were owners and operators of James White Electrical, He was a member of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and his favorite hobby was his family. Survivors include; his wife, Jackie White of Chipley; two sons, Jimmy Jack White of West Palm, Florida and James Morgan White of Brunswick, Georgia; one daughter, Heather White Lopez and husband Christopher of Bonifay; one brother, Jack White of Altha, Fla.; three sisters, Sally Grimsley of Altha, Martha Morgan of Altha and Notie-Ann Jimenez of Tallahassee; four grandchildren, Kenzie Marie White, Kenzly Marie Morona, Jayden White and Chance White. Memorialization will be by cremation. Brown Funeral Home of Chipley is in charge of the arrangements.
