James "Eddie" Rabon Jr., age 50 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, October 9, 2015. Eddie was born on August 11, 1965 in Chipley, FL to the late James Edward Rabon Sr. and Mary Frances (Strickland) Gurley. He was a carpenter by trade and has been a resident of Chipley since 1973. Eddie is preceded in death by his loving wife, Joan Rabon. Along with his mother, survivors include two sons, James E. Rabon III of Chipley, FL, Kyle Matthew Rabon of Kentucky, one daughter, Amanda Caroline Rabon of Chipley, FL, two sisters, Pamela Sheryl Rabon and Jenny Maldonado. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorialization will be by cremation.
