Mr. James W. Hallman (Buddy), 76, of Chipley, Florida passed away at the Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley on December 1, 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Hallman was born on January 5, 1937 in Fountain, Florida to William W. Hallman and Mildred L. Hallman. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara Hallman, his parents and one brother; Robert L. Hallman (Bobby). He is survived by two sons; James Thomas Hallman and Charles Ander Hallman both of Fountain, one stepdaughter; Bobbi Hicks of Lucedale, Miss., two stepsons; Dale Davison of Boston, Ga. and Chad Davison, three sisters; Jean H. Tharp and husband Bobby of Marianna, Florida, Weleska Shelton of Fountain, Fl., Willa Gail Griffith and husband Steve of Panama City, Florida, several grandchildren, one great grandchild, many nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 graveside at Fountain Cemetery with Reverend Michael Berens officiating. Brown Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
