Jack M. Wainwright, Jr., 66, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024. Jack was born in Waycross, Georgia, September 13, 1957 to Jack M. Wainwright, Sr. and Carol B. Wainwright.

He resided in Waycross until 1974 when his family moved to Tallahassee "Hermie" was a character, always bringing laughter and sarcasm everywhere he went. Rarely would or could anyone get one up on him. He will be missed by his family and friends who were affected by his humor and love.

He is survived by his daughter, Ashley Lehman, son Mike Lehman (Erika) brother David Wainwright, sister Jan Summerford  (Daryl), granddaughters McKenna Lehman, Madisyn Lehman, grandson Louis Lehman; Niece Kyla Sharman (Evin), nephews Caleb Wainwright, Chad Nabb (Tiffany) and Chase Wainwright (Valerie), great nieces Emersyn, Kasyn, Kimber, Kenzie and great nephews Dakota and Blaze.
