Hazel Bloodworth, age 75, passed from this life on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Washington Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born in Covington County, Alabama on January 4, 1937 to Oscar D. and Lessie (Messer) Fleming. Mrs. Hazel was a homemaker and has lived in Washington County since 1981. She was Baptist by faith. Mrs. Hazel is survived by her daughter Theresa Goudy and husband Mike and one grandchild Shannon all of Chipley, Fl. Funeral services will be held 11AM Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tim Patton officiating. Interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service.
