Harry Williams passed away on December 31, 2010, at age 86. He is survived by his wife Anna Voncile Williams of Chipley, Florida. They were married sixty seven years. Three sons; Thomas Harry Williams of Hertford, North Carolina and his wife Lureen and son Brock. Daughter of Thomas Harry Williams, Kelie Luby and husband, John and children Anna and Johnny of Glastonbury, Ct. John Creel Williams of Silverthorne, Colorado and his wife Laurie and son Noah. Richard Leighton Williams of Chipley, Florida and his wife Cathy and their children, Lee Williams and wife Latrelle and children Braylee, and Collin of Chipley, Florida. Rebecca L. Rollin, husband Greg and three children, TJ, Nathan, and Olivia of Chipley, Florida. Amanda K. Johnson, husband Bobby and daughter Sierra of Blountstown, Fl. Melissa Garner and husband James and children Jonathan and Abigail of Chipley, Fl. Brad Collins and wife Melissa and children Noah and Meladey of Chipley, Fl.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents, John Clifford Williams and Annie Lee Williams, a sister, Margaret Watson, a brother, Jim Williams and a daughter, Kathy Ann Williams all of Bonifay, Florida.

Harry was retired from the United States Air Force. He served in World War II with the 344th Bomb Group. Flying in a B-26 Martin Marauder on his 13th mission, he was shot down, captured and incarcerated in the Nazi Prisoner of War Camp. He also served in the Korean War and Southeast Asia. After retirement, Harry worked with NASA and RCA on the Space Program.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Brown Funeral Home , Main Street Chapel from 6:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2011, 10:00 A. M., at the First Baptist Church in Chipley, Florida. Rev. Mike Orr officiating. Interment will follow in Bonifay City Cemetery with full military honors.
