Grace E. Clegg, age 64, after a long battle with cancer passed from this life to be with her Lord on Friday, April 1, 2016 at her home. She was born in Benton Harbor, MI on March 5, 1952 to Willard and Aliene (Bruder) Ridley. Grace worked as a LPN for Home Health and most recently a covenant hospice nurse for 5 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Chipley, FL. She left Tampa, FL and moved to Chipley in 1994. Grace is preceded in death by her parents and one step-son: Jeremiah Douglas Clegg. She is survived by her husband Doug Clegg of Chipley, FL. One daughter: Angela Denise Diaz and husband David of St. Augustine, FL. Two step-sons: Joseph Allen Clegg and wife Janelle of New Jersey and Michael Thomas Clegg and wife Serena of Grand Junction, CO. One step-daughter: Tamara Jayne Ferriero of New Jersey. One Brother: David Ridley and wife Jackie of Chipley, FL. One sister: Joan C. Osborne and husband Bob of Tampa, FL and 5 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 9, 2016 at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jerry Mays officiating. In Lieu of flowers, donations should be made to The Men's Helping Hands through the First Untied Methodist Church, First United Methodist Church, or Covenant Hospice.
