Gene Holley, age 65 of Chipley, FL passed from this life Saturday night, September 11, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on September 4, 1956 in Chipley, FL to the late Alfred T. Holley and Josephine (Lewis) Holley.

Gene spent his lifelong career working the lines of the utility companies.  He finished his career as the Superintendent of Utilicon Services.

He is survived by his loving wife, Jo Pat Holley of Chipley, FL, his children; Wesley Holley, Felicia Granger and husband Andy, Troy Holley and Kayla Baxter, JoLynn Windham and husband Troy, Kelly Pitts and husband Aaron, two sisters; Mary Jo Sasser and husband Jimmy of Havana, FL, Joann Holley of Chipley, FL, one brother; Sammy Holley and wife Stacy of Crawfordville, FL, grandchildren; Wes Holley, Emma Holley, Gracen Holley, Haley Needham, Caitlin Granger, Austin Granger, Ashlin Granger, Corbin Holley, McKenzie Holley, Hollie Windham, Logan Windham, Morgan Windham, Kynnacee Pitts, great grandchildren; Madison Needham and Olivia Needham.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 2:00 P.M.  Funeral Service will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Reverend Ernie Dupree officiating.  Interment will follow at Glenwood Cemetery.
